Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lil' Mac Crafts! We take great care in handcrafting each item, and we want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Lil' Mac Crafts is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building manager, or contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at tabitha@lilmaccrafts.com and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
